CompressImage.ca provides free, browser-based image tools. All processing happens locally on your device; we never receive your files. The service is provided free of charge and without registration.
You retain all rights to the images you process. Because your files never reach our infrastructure, we claim no license, no access and no responsibility for their contents. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and modify any image you process.
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-proxy or resell the service, and don't use it in connection with unlawful activity. That's the whole list.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Always keep your original files; compression and conversion are one-way operations on the copies you download.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kenny B Media and CompressImage.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or profits, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these terms or modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
