Can I see GIF frame information?

Yes. In supported browsers, the tool shows frame count, dimensions, total duration and file size.

Why does my browser show limited frame data?

Full frame decoding uses the ImageDecoder API. Current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari support it; older browsers may only show a static preview.
